Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Tumblers (Customer Provided)
1. Can I bring my own tumbler for engraving?
Yes! However, please note that if you provide your own tumbler, you assume all risk for any issues that may arise during engraving. While it is rare for something to go wrong, engraving is a high-heat process, and we cannot guarantee how your tumbler’s coating or material will react. For best results, we recommend using our high-quality tumblers.
2. What is the minimum engraving fee?
Our minimum engraving fee is $30. If you are ordering multiple identical items, each additional tumbler will generally be $10. Different sizes or types require separate setup and may incur additional fees.
3. Do you offer double-sided engraving?
Yes! The $10 per-tumbler fee applies to single-sided engraving. If you’d like both sides engraved, there may be an additional charge (usually $7) depending on the design complexity.
4. Can I personalize each tumbler with different names?
Absolutely! However, personalization requires additional design setup, so there may be an extra fee per item. Contact us for a quote based on your specific needs.
5. What file types do you accept for custom designs?
For best results, we prefer vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF). If you provide a non-vector file such as PNG or JPG, a $25 graphics conversion fee may apply. Complex designs may require additional fees.
6. Can you match a font from a picture I send you?
We can try! However, we can’t guarantee an exact match. We recommend choosing from available fonts on sites like DaFont.com or Adobe Fonts. If needed, we will suggest a similar alternative.
7. How do you handle engraving on non-powder-coated stainless steel tumblers?
Stainless steel tumblers without a powder-coated finish do not engrave with high contrast like coated tumblers. Instead, engraving creates a subtle, tone-on-tone effect. If you prefer higher contrast, we recommend using a powder-coated tumbler.
8. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer discounts for large orders. If you need 10 or more tumblers, contact us for a custom quote.
9. How long does it take to complete an engraving order?
Turnaround time depends on the order size and current workload. Small orders are usually completed within 3-5 business days, while larger or custom orders may take longer. Rush options may be available upon request.
10. What happens if my tumbler gets damaged during engraving?
While rare, unexpected issues can happen. If we are engraving a tumbler you provided, you assume all risk. If we are engraving a tumbler from our stock and an issue occurs, we will replace it at no additional cost.
11. Do you provide mockups before engraving?
For orders over $50, a mockup will be provided on request. For orders under $50, a mockup can be requested for a $25 fee. Once approved, the design cannot be changed, so please review it carefully!
12. How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website or send us a message. For bulk orders or custom requests, contact us directly for a quote!
