Instead of burning the logo into the wood,I was notified they couldn’t do that for my rack since my logo was too detailed or something. They used stickers instead and the stickers on one side were already half peeled off when it arrived. Part of the black felt to hold the chains was also torn, right out the box. For almost $500 this was shit quality. All in, parts and stuff were probably $50 so I’d expect the quality of the craftsmanship to be solid-it wasn’t.
